Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are an ISO, BSCI, Sedex, Disney-approved manufacturer. Also, we have passed the factory audit from Disney, Coca-cola, and Hasbro.
Q2: What’s your production line?
A: Roto casting, Injection, Spray painting, Silkscreen, Pad printing, Cutting & Sewing, Filling, Assembly, packing, etc.
Q3: Can you make a test for us? What If I pay the test fee but the test result is not passed?
A: Yes sure we can make a test for you. We provide the free samples and you pay the test fee. Do you have any test lab requirements? We are working with SGS, TUV, BV, ITS, etc. Or you can appoint the test lab. We will improve and
send samples again and the second-time test fee will be bear by ourselves.
Q4:What kind of design do you need to develop your own character? What format 3D model do you need?
A: It's better if you can send us 3D model. Usually, the format is step, stl, obj, etc.If you don't have 3D, you can send us 2D design.
Q5: What is your sample fee and mold fee if I want to make my own character?
A: It depends on the size and product structure. For example 10cm figure, the estimated sample fee is $500. Estimated vinyl mold cost $1,200-$2,000 and injection mold $2,000-3,500. Please note it's just estimated and kindly send us your design with detail information so we can check price for you.
Q6: Can you add my logo to your products? Can I just retain my own logo on the products without yours?
A: Yes you can add your logo to our products. For most of our products, we have engraved our brand/copyright on the mold so it
can't be removable.
Q7: Can I use this item design but change it to my character? What is the price for this ODM item?
